¾ cup cashews, soaked for 2 to 4 hours and drained
½ cup + 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk of choice
1½ teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon probiotic powder (see notes)
2 tablespoons coconut nectar pinch of sea salt
10 drops liquid stevia (or equivalent sweetener of choice), or to taste (optional)
